Symposium 2012, which evaluated regulation and standards in food, was jointly held by the Scottish Food and Drink Federation, the Institute of Food Science Technology and the Royal Environment Health Institute of Scotland. It is a tenth annual industry event, which was held last week in Glasgow.
The event included representatives from local and national Government, industry, and health, education and regulatory bodies, who discussed challenges associated with regulation, audits and industry s
