Ingredients supplier Azelis has entered a new partnership with flavor house Symrise in India and Indonesia. This collaboration is expected to bring new solutions that enrich taste and improve the nutritional profile of end products to these markets.
The new mandate builds on existing relationships with Symrise in other markets, and sees Azelis adding Symrises dairy, confectionery and bakery flavor portfolio to the groups food and nutrition lateral value chain in India.
