Rina Khadivi said she launched the petition on Change.org after seeing undercover video footage produced by the Humane Society of the United States.
More than 115,000 people have signed the petition, according to Change.org. The petition comes on the heels of Dennys recent announcement that it will require suppliers to create and implement plans to phase out gestation crates. Other food companies taking similar action include Burger King, McDonalds, and Compass Group and Bon Appetit Management
