Birds Eye, a European frozen food manufacturer, is set to add Hash Brown Waffles to its Waffles portfolio in September 2012 in the UK.
The company said that the Hash Brown Waffles are a combination of shredded potatoes and onion incorporated into Mini Waffle shape, reported Talking Retail.
Birds Eye brand manager Pete Johnson said that the company has seen increasing sales for the waffles following the packaging revamp across the range in 2011.
