'Pickled Cabbage Celebration' held in South Korea

Every year, at the start of the autumn season, the Korean community marks a period on the calendar for marinating pickled cabbages, also known in Korean as Kimchi. Cabbages that are pickled in autumn can be eaten continuously during winter and spring.
