The acquisition will complement Bonduelle's existing factories in Nagykrs and Bkscsaba. It will enable the company to supply to its markets in Central Europe.
The takeover is expected to take place on 31 May.
According to Bonduelle, the new facility is located in a different production area from its other two Hungarian factories, which will allow for a better distribution of agricultural risks.
