n B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6, folate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), vitamin K (phylloquinone), calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and zinc.

Ingredients:
1/4 C Cashews
1/4 C Blackberries
1/4 C Blueberries
1/4 C Raspberries
1/4 C Blueberries
1 to 1 1/2 C Cashew Milk (just enough to cover contents in blender)

Directions:
All ingredients into high speed blender until smooth.
