Mixed Berry and Cashew Smoothie for Improved Cognitive Function

I have a pretty small hand, but I figure when I throw a handful of stuff into a blender, it equals about 1/4 of a cup. Thats what I have done here, and it made a mighty fine smoothie! I try to hold onto berry season for as long as possible; of course, local and/or organic is best, but frozen fruit will work too. Before we get to the actual recipe, lets talk about how this particular smoothie may benefit you. More specifically, the Blackberries, and how they improve cognitive health.
