'Ineptitude' costs S.African fruit exporters Asian markets

The alleged ineptitude of a unit inside the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (Daff) is accused of losing South African an estimated R150-million in trade annually. Exporters are concerned that the department's poor communication and administrative errors are causing even greater hardship in an industry already suffering drought and other hardships.
