Could ‘pea milk’ be the next big ‘health food’?

First there was soy milk, then there was rice milk, next was almond milk, but could milk made from yellow peas be the next dairy alternative health bloggers will be boasting about?

Commercially entering the US at the beginning of 2016, the plant-based Ripple milk is catching attention for its high-in-protein content. According to the Ripple Foods website, its original flavoured milk contains 8gms of protein per serving whereas the company claims almond milk only contains 1gm.
