Australian winemaker Casella Wines has acquired Brand's Laira business and winery, based in Coonawarra district in South Australia, from McWilliam's Wines.
The deal, which includes the purchase of the Brand's Laira Winery, Cellar Door and brand IP, follows the acquisition of Peter Lehmann Wines by Casella for $57m in 2014.
The company has not disclosed financial terms of the deal.
