Chicken fajita drumsticks with Mexican corn salad

A really easy way to feed six people. Just put the chicken in a roasting tray with the spices and let the oven do the work. Wrap it up and you're good to go!


Ingredients

1 tbsppaprika


1 tbsp groundcumin


4garliccloves


1 tbspvegetable oil


6 large tortillawraps


For the corn salad


1 small tinsweetcorn, rinsed and drained


1 redpepper


2spring onions
