The J. M. Smucker Company, an American manufacturer of fruit spreads, has signed an agreement to acquire Sahale Snacks, for an undisclosed amount.
Headquartered in Washington, Sahale manufactures and markets nut and fruit snacks, which are primarily sold in the US under the Sahale Snacks brand.
Sahale is anticipated to generate around $50m in net sales for the current year.
