Baby potato rosemary skewers

Equipment

You will need 6 rosemary skewers soaked in cold water for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

18 small (about 1kg) baby coliban (chat) potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon sea salt flakes

Method

Step 1
Place potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with plenty of cold water. Place over high heat and bring to the boil. Cook for 8 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Drain well. Return to pan. Drizzle with oil and add
