Federal judge orders Kellogg to terminate lockout at cereal facility in US

A federal judge of Western District of Tennessee has issued an injunction order for Kellogg Company to cease its lock out of 226 members at the cereal production facility in Memphis, Tennessee.

The judge also ordered the firm to reinstate them in their jobs within five days.

In addition, the judge asked to re-establish the same terms and conditions of employment prior to the company's last or best offer and submit to the court details of its compliance with the order within 20 days.
