Chilli caramel cashews

Ingredients

Vegetable oil, to grease
25g butter
60ml (1/4 cup) honey
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Pinch of chilli powder
2 x 150g pkts raw cashews

Method

1. Brush a baking tray with oil to lightly grease.

2. Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the honey, water, salt, paprika and chilli powder, and bring to the boil. Add the cashews and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden.
