True Blue peach cobbler

Ingredients

60g butter, melted
2/3 cup almond meal
2/3 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
Zest of 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons juice
825g Coles Brand Peach Slices in Syrup, drained, syrup reserved
2 tablespoons demerara sugar
Icing sugar and ice cream to serve

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Brush 4 x 1 1/2 cup baking dishes with some of the melted butter.
