Broiled:
Mix 1 cup Salad Oil, 1 tsp. Tarragon Vinegar, 1 clove of Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper and a handful of chopped Parsley in a bowl. Marinate shrimp in the oil dressing for a hour, turning frequently. Arrange shrimp on broiler pan and grill in the broiler 4-8 minutesoruntil cooked, turning to cook on both sides. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
Saute:
Heat butter in skillet and add finely chopped Italian parsley. Saute shrimp in butter for about 1-1/2 minutesoruntil cooked.
