Gluten free salmon and spring pea quiche

Ingredients

1 (about 200g) salmon fillet
2 tsp oil
1 cup (150g) fresh peas or frozen peas
4 eggs
1/2 cup (125ml) pouring cream
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1/2 cup (60g) coarsely grated tasty cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbs finely chopped dill
Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Gluten free pastry
1 1/2 cups (225g) gluten-free plain flour
1/2 cup (75g) gluten-free self-raising flour
150g butter, chilled, chopped
1 egg
2 tbs chilled water
