Cocoa products show consistent blood pressure benefits

A daily intake of 25 mg of epicatechin was associated with average reductions in systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 4.1 and 2.0 mmHg, respectively, according to findings published in theAmerican Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
