We've been milling our wheat since day one and use our whole wheat flour in a wide array of products, including breads, cinnamon rolls and cookies. Our sample board is always full of delicious treats - we hope you'll stop by for a hot slice of bread!

We begin each day milling the world's finest organic wheat berries into flour right inside the bakery. Using a stone mill, we produce the whole wheat flour used in our breads and sweets. We always use all
