Sour cream and macadamia brownies

Ingredients

100g pkt macadamias
300g dark chocolate
150g butter
3/4 cup (155g) caster sugar
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1 1/2 cups (225g) plain flour
1/2 cup (125g) sour cream
1/2 cup (95g) white choc chips
1/2 cup (95g) milk choc chips

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line the base and sides of a 20cm square (base measurement) cake pan. Place the macadamias on an oven tray and bake for 5 minutes or until toasted. Remove from oven and set aside.
