Sticky chilli pork ribs

Ingredients

800g American pork ribs
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup hot chilli sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salad leaves and sweet potato wedges, to serve (see note)

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

2. Cut each rack of ribs in half. Combine tomato sauce, hoisin sauce, chilli sauce and garlic in a large bowl. Add ribs. Toss to coat.

3. Arrange ribs in a single layer on baking tray, reserving any remaining marinade. Cover with
