Handcrafted by master chef Bill Marchetti, the new menu presents a much wider choice of new pizzas, pastas, risottos, soups, desserts and antipastis. Through the use of authentic and fresh ingredients such as carnaroli rice (fine long-grained Italian rice), rucola leaves, Tuscan black cabbage, zatar (lavender), dishes of this new avatar are turbo-charged with flavour, for the Indian palate.
