/60 in solution of water, ice and salt.
2.Stir slowly until GTWR40/60 dissolve completely.
3.Add peeled shrimp in the solution, ensure it is completely immersed.
4.During the process, ice can be added to keep the temperature under 5C.
5.Soak it for 3 hours
