Lamb and rosemary pies

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium brown onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
500g lean lamb mince
2 tbsp instant gravy powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
4 sheets frozen puff pastry, partially thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten
Poppy seeds, to decorate

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add mince. Cook, stirring for 8 minutes
