Ingredients
4 middle bacon rashers, rind removed, halved lengthways
8 thick beef sausages
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
Salad leaves, to serve
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 1 sausage. Secure with a toothpick at each end. Place in a large baking dish. Repeat with remaining bacon and sausages.
2. Combine barbecue sauce, garlic, sugar and herbs in a jug. Pour over sausages.
