Ham and mushroom pizza scrolls

Ingredients

2 cups plain flour, plus extra for dusting
7g sachet dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water
3 teaspoons olive oil
40g button mushrooms, chopped
1/2 small zucchini, grated
1 tablespoon tomato pasta sauce
40g sliced ham, diced
1/2 cup grated mozzarella

Method

1. Combine flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Add warm water and 3 teaspoons oil. Stir until dough comes together. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle over a little extra flour. Knead for 1 minute or
