Ingredients
150g butter, chopped
1/2 cup honey
1 2/3 cups self-raising flour, sifted
2 cups cornflakes
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
2. Combine butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
3. Combine flour and cornflakes in a bowl. Add butter mixture. Stir to combine. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place balls, 4cm apart, on prepared trays. Flatten slightly. Bake
