Crunchy noodle and pork salad

Ingredients

75g (1 cup) bought coleslaw salad mix
40g roast pork, sliced (see note)
1/4 small green capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
25g raw cashews
50g Changs Crunchy Noodles
3 tsp bought Asian-style dressing

Method

1. Place the coleslaw mix, pork, capsicum, cashews and noodles in a medium bowl. Toss to combine.

2. Add the dressing and toss gently to coat.
