Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
