Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
2 small very ripe bananas, sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a blender, combine milk, eggs, oil, sugar and banana pieces. Process until smooth. In a large bowl, sift together
