Method
Step 1
Combine yoghurt, red onion, lemon juice, paprika, chilli flakes and one-third of the garlic in a glass bowl. Add lamb. Turn to coat. Cover. Place in fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown onion for 5 minutes or until soft. Stir in the ginger, turmeric and remaining garlic for 1 minute or until aromatic.
Step 3
Add water and quinoa. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer for 12 minutes or until liq
