exhibitors must remit full payment to the designated account by the organizing committee within 7 working days after submiting the application form . otherwishe，the organizing committee will not keep the booth；
4、After receive the exhibition application form and full payment, the organizing committee submit the booth confirmation letter to the exhibitor，also send 《《exhibitor manual》》to the exhibitor before August 1st，2012
