We are specialized in producing Soft Shell Crab such as Mud crab, Mangrove Crab, Scylla Serrata, Scylla Olivacea. We dont cut the crabs legs to molt like Indonesia , Malaysia and Thailand. Medan Style (cutting leg and claw) for make shorter time hatchery. Their Soft Shell Crab do not have meat with small claw and leg. Head Chef understand very well which one is good and they do not want soft shell crabs with no meat even got cheaper price.
