Fonterra to establish dairy blending packaging plant in Indonesia

New Zealand multinational dairy co-operative Fonterra plans to invest NZ$20m ($16.4m) to set up a blending and packaging plant in Indonesia, to cater to the increasing demand for dairy products in the country.

The new plant will support the local expansion of the company's consumer brands Anlene, Anmum and Anchor Boneeto across Indonesia. It will also support more local secondary processing of the products, and help the company respond swiftly to the market needs.
