Fal Foods, a US-based producer of natural food and dessert, has launched a new cream manufacturing company - Desserts That Matter, which will cater to the restaurant and foodservice industry in New York.
The new company will offer ice cream, gelato, and sorbet for the Metropolitan New York Area. All the flavors will be 100% natural and will be sourced from ingredients from local New York and New Jersey farmers, said the company.
