On June 17-18, 2019, Duxes hosted the 2019 Asia-Pacific Sustainable Packaging Summit at the Shanghai Marriott Hongqiao Hotel, which attracted professionals from the government, global organizations and industry lead enterprises. The summit discussed policies, regulations, plastic recycling economy, packaging industry market trends, consumer insights and R & D innovation for sustainable packaging in the Asia-pacific region.
Moreover, participants also had a panel discussion on " How can we balance the needs for environment protection with cost control?" and " Are the consumers central to your packaging design and production?”. The summit fully demonstrated the spirit of cooperation among packaging manufacturers, consumer goods producers and material suppliers.
The participating institutions, organizations and enterprises of the summit include the National Key Laboratory of Food Contact Materials, the World Packaging Organization, the Australian Packaging Covenant Organization, Mondelez China, Nestlé, Mengniu Dairy, PepsiCo China, P & G, Unilever, Mars, GSK, and etc.
